Terms of Use

Photo FX Live Wallpaper for Android and Digital Photo Frame Slideshow for iPhone and iPad (each, the “App”) are made by Watch Faces & Widgets Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these terms; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Using the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. If you got the App from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies; if you got it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Please don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App, except where the law allows it.

Your photos

The photos you show in the App are yours. The App only reads them to display them on your device, and we don’t claim any rights to them.

Purchases

Some galleries and features may need an in-app purchase. Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms, and refunds are handled by them. A purchase unlocks the features on the store account you made it with.

Galleries and sample photos

The galleries, effects, textures and sample photos in the App are ours or used under licence. You’re welcome to enjoy them in the App, but not to extract them and redistribute them on their own.

Changes to the App

We may update, change or stop parts of the App. Some galleries depend on your device’s graphics hardware and operating system, so not every feature is available on every device.

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can’t promise it will always be free of errors. Animated wallpapers and slideshows use some battery; the App pauses when it isn’t on screen, but how much it uses depends on your device and settings. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top; if you keep using the App after that, the new terms apply.
