Reporting a problem

It helps a lot if you include:

  • which app you’re using: Photo FX Live Wallpaper or Digital Photo Frame Slideshow;
  • your device’s make and model, and its Android or iOS version;
  • which gallery you were watching, and what happened;
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if it shows the problem.

Common questions

How do I set it as my wallpaper on Android?

Open Photo FX, pick your photos and a gallery, then tap Set as wallpaper. Android shows a preview; confirm it there and choose the home screen, or home and lock screens.

Does it drain the battery?

The App only draws while it’s on screen and something is moving, and stops completely when you open another app or turn the screen off. Calmer galleries use less power than the busy ones.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything, including the 3D and face-aware effects, is worked out on your device. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I use an old iPad as a photo frame?

Yes, that’s what Digital Photo Frame Slideshow is for. Stand the iPad up, plug it in, start a slideshow and it keeps the screen on while it plays.
